Period Pro's Terms and Conditions
We want you to love your Period Pro. If you are not happy, you can request a return and refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in original packaging, and in good condition
Faulty or damaged items:
Each Period Pro is tested before it leaves to make sure it is in working condition.
Let us know within 3 days of receiving your Period Pro with photo or video evidence, and we will replace or refund it.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping and Fulfillment:
Orders are shipped using trusted local courier services, and we aim to deliver all parcels within no more than seven business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier operations, but we strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
